This hunting lease is located in WMU(4O) and about 35 miles east of Binghamton. When i inspected this property i saw lots of deer sign. The lease has nice bedding areas and diverse woods. Noth section of property holds lots of apple trees as well. There are miles of well maintained ATV trails.. I did see in the field on the east border a herd of 10 deer. Property was loaded with deer sign. There is a place to park a camper on the south access road. ATV use and camping are allowed for hunting purposes only. Camper must be removed after hunting season. There are established trails and a power line on the hunting lease.
